1. How about building more prisons?
 

2. How about raising taxes to build more prisons?
 

3. How about raising taxes to pay for the inmates’ medical care pending in Federal Court?

Jailing everybody because Parole Officers didn’t do their jobs in the Gardner and Phillip Garrido cases, then you will bankrupt the state because of enforcement stupidity, and the GOP’s calls for blood without raising taxes to solve many of the state’s problems.
