TELL US NANCY, YOU CUNT!!!

Michela's mom recently pleaded with Nancy Garrido to tell her if she had anything to do Michaela Garrett's disappearance. I rather see them tortured, but that would violate the Eighth Amendment. However, if someone wants less time in prison, then that incentive belongs to Nancy Garrido.

Inmates in the El Dorado County Jail want them dead. However, it is time for that cunt to start fessing up. She should be made to understand that she helped kidnapped and raped Jaycee Dugard, and that she did not get off her ass, and CALL!!!!!!!!!!! Cries of "Phil made me do it", "Phil beat me up", "It was God's will", and all other bull shit excuses won't work. It won't work with 12 jurors in a mostly rural county. Those jurors will look for her to tell them why didn't she call! She made the choice to marry this kidnapper and rapist to begin with. Nancy is a ding-a-ling-a-ling-a-ling cunt. I don't care what religion she belongs or belonged to. IT WAS HER DUTY TO PROTECT HERSELF AND THE CHILDREN! If Nancy wants any time off her sentence, she should explain EVERYTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED! It was wrong for Nancy to marry Phillip Garrido in the first place.

NANCY, TELL US WHAT HAPPENED, AND IF MICHAELA AND ILENE WERE TAKEN, WHERE ARE THEY????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PRAY FOR MICHAELA AND ILENE

I hope that Michaela Garrett and Ilene Mischloff are still alive. There are now bones buried and since unearthed. I hope it's not the missing girls. If the bones are recently human, Phil and Nancy Garrido will no longer face life in prison with no chance of seeing a parole borad. It woud be a little room in San Quentin State Prison in Marin County, California, where they will get their last meal, and in Phillip's case, a priest to give last rites (Nancy was supposed to be a Jehovah's Witness, but because of her acts, a pastor from that church may not even show up.), and then walk to a gurney, fully restrained, and then get a lethal dose of three deadly drugs through their veins, unlike the condemned guy in Ohio, where the guards couldn't find a vein. Unfortunately, Jaycee would be about 49 or older before Phil and Nancy get to that gurnee that used to be the gas chamber.

Unless the death penalty is declared unconstitutional in part or in whole, if the jury finds Phil and Nancy guilty of murder and gives them the death penalty (not in Jaycee's case), their Appeals would be automatically made to the California Supreme Court. Years after those Appeals are resolved, attorneys would have the option of either filing a Certiorari Petition with the United States Supreme Court, or more likely, file a Habeas Petition with the Federal Court, probably the one in San Francisco, and then appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and finally try (or try again) to the United States Supreme Court. After that, if the sentence is still upheld, there will be various "second appeals" until no Judge decides to even look at their Petitions. Phil and Nancy would then be executed for murder. However, Phil and Nancy are OLD. Phil is only 58 years old, by the time he could be executed, he at 78-83 may 1) not executed if there is no death penalty, or 2) dies a natural death. People like Richard Ramirez, Richard Allen Davis, and Scott Peterson may out live the Garridos.

Then again, where are we at? Phil's parents would be dead. Jaycee and her two daughters have to survive their hell still. Michaela's and llene's parents, if worse comes to shove, may end up dying before Phil and Nancy. I could be on Social Security at that time, if it still exists. The problem is that between 1978 and 1986, the California Supreme Court refused to affirm all but four death sentences, and then after 1986, the Ninth Circuit decided to take a second look at many Habeas Appeals. Despite this, since two or more lawyers are required to represent the Defendant, court reporters are required to transcribe weeks, and possibly months of hearings, and appellate lawyers, mostly appointed, have to prepare Briefs of more than 250 pages, and then it takes a few years to reach oral argument. In all that time, it costs the State money to feed, bathe, and protect each of the State's 600 condemned prisoners. There are calls to have a death penalty moritorium in California, because it costs the State money that could go elsewhere.

If guilty of murder, Phil and Nancy should die. The crimes that were done against Jaycee and her daughters are not subject to the death penalty. The problem is that who do the bones belong to, and how they got there. Some people say, "it's not uncommon to find Native American bones there."

Wait a minute

Why is that being said at all?

Are the Police in with the child molestors? Did these perverts get a slap on the wrist instead of State Prison time? Of course, Jessica's Law now has done more harm than good, but why are there a collection of child molestors up in Antioch and elsewhere in that area of San Francisco Bay?

As stated earlier, the Garrido home may be the poster child for cities to annex unincorprated "islands", and after annexation, Code Enforcement Officers would go like attack dogs, and drag property owners to Court. These places serve no purpose. There is no reason to put up tents in the backyard. Places like the Sequoia, Los Padres, Angeles, Cleveland, and San Bernardino National Forests are places to put up a tent. The San Francisco Bay Area is not. People who engage in that behavior definitely suffer from mental illness. There's also the high fences, and of course, people knew that Phil was "not there" anyway. Because no investigation was done in 18 years, I believe that the police officers knew that child molestations were going on that portion of the Bay Area, and either participated in the molestations themselves, or didn't give a shit.

Many of those perverts were on probation or parole. Why weren't these places searched? No Judge was required to sign anything. It also goes to show that all the Megan's, Jessica's, and now Masry's Laws won't help worth a shit. Until it is made a common practice to do Parole Searches, more children would go missing, and in most cases dead.

I still hope that Michaela and Ilene are still alive. If the Garridos did kill any children, all bets are off. Get a rope, and it's not because of the New York City salsa.

BTW, when Richard Ramirez greets you with "Hail, Satan!", he may be talking about Phillip Garrido.

KUDOS TO KEITH OLBERMAN!

About two days ago, a sports columnist in the Orange County Register made fun of Jaycee's captivity by stating that she missed all the sporting events for the last 18 years.

She did NOT do anything to herself. She was kidnapped and raped by some asshole who should have been released from Federal Prison in 2010, not 1988. The Register believed that she could have simply called the Police, and got out sooner.

Have the Register reporters and editors been brainwashed? Oh, yes. They probably get their daily propaganda from the Clusterfuck Propaganda Channel. Yes, they don't want America, let alone Orange Countians, to think for themselves. It used to be that the Register was the equivalent of the Los Angeles Times in the news department, but before 1960, they used to share the same conservative viewpoint. Only the then Los Angeles Examiner, and the then Los Angeles Herald-Express was only slightly different, they used union help. The problem is that Clusterfuck or "Fox News" is catering to the Republican Party, which is now mostly people that used to be called "Southern Democrats". White Southern men from Red States (as of 2008) are generally ignorant bastards that should have stayed in school and later got a college education, except some of them were told to stay away from "liberal college professors".

It should be noted that more Blacks and Latinos are being born in the United States. Like Germans, Irish, Italians, Jews, Chinese, Japanese, and other nationalities, we Americans should embrace our universal heritage, and live among as equals. If these Southerners want to go back to the days of "Leave It To Beaver", then hear this, the TV studio didn't film any scenes across town to show the Black and Latino kids at their school. The reality is that either Republicans quit trying to be a mostly White party, or the party will die as the Whigs did in the 1850's.

The Register should fire its columnist and the editors who put the story about Jaycee not seeing the Angels beat the Giants in the 2003 World Series (and I hope the "Giants lose the Pennant" again). If not, then maybe Rupert Murdoch should sell his "Clusterfuck", and in the meantime, fire Roger Ailes and Bill O'Perverted for what may happen next. Like he did with Shawn, who was kidnapped and raped in Missouri for four years, O'Perverted would lack the balls, and claim "Jaycee did this to herself". If O'Perverted does this, Glenn Harold Hill Beck would not be the only asshole to suffer.

Thanks Keith, I miss you at KTLA and KCBS-TV!

BTW, Jim Hill should be the next Governor of Alaska.

YOU WANT WHAT CHEYVONNE MOLINO?

The Truth?

You want Jaycee to tell the truth about her 18 years with Garrido.

I'll give you the truth:

1. Jaycee is NOT Phillip and Nancy Garrido's daughter. She belonged to her mother and stepfather. The Garridos were total strangers to Jaycee; they were not absolutely related to her.

2. Phillip Garrido is a registered sex offender and is on the State Megan's Law website. Hanging around Garrido is like looking for bees to hang around with.

3. The U. S. Parole Commission let Garrido loose of after a 35 minute interview; He was sentenced to 50 years, and he got out in 11.

4. The Parole Officers, and Contra Costa County Sheriffs and Code Enforcement Officers, could have done a parole search, and Jaycee could have been home a lot sooner.

The Garrido case comes under the category of DUH! Garrido raped and kidnapped a casino worker in 1977. He also raped a 14-year old back in 1972, but was not convicted of that. For the Federal charge of interstate kidnapping, 50 years should have meant at least 33 years, not 11. However, because of Megan's Law, and now Jessica's Law, he had his residence with other registered sex offenders living right near him. The reason why Jim and Cheyvonne Molino's properties were searched, because Jim Molino was on Probation (something the Parole officers and Sheriff's Deputies could have done in the last 18 years to Garrido), and that child pornography could have been there. In other words, The Molinos could or could not be in conspiracy to traffic kiddie porn, AND to molest children.

It should be noted that when there's a lot of sex offenders, and other probationers and parolees living around one another, there could have been a child sex ring, BUT it may not mean that there is one, or one proven to exist. People can say "this is like the McMartin case", but none of those Defendants in the McMartin case were ever convicted. There is CURRENTLY no proof yet of the Molinos involvement in kiddie porn or child sex ring(s). It is because of the poor police work in the first place, that not only Jaycee was held captive for 18 years, but Garrido raped and fathered her two children, and now they're looking for evidence, but unless you're not on probation or parole, EXPECT TO BE SEARCHED. No Judge will be required to interrupt his poker game or cocktail party to go sign a warrant.

As for the truth Cheyvonne Molino, Phillip Garrido is a big time pedophile who should be red-flagged in every prison like Charles Manson or Phil Spector. Furthermore, he should have been not released by the Federal Parole Commission at all. He should first go back and do the remaining 39 years left in his 1977 sentence, and do the entire time in a Federal Prison first, before doing any state time he's now facing. Jaycee belonged to her parents in South Lake Tahoe, and that is the truth!

BLAME IT ALSO ON THE LACK OF PAROLE SEARCHES, ETC.

I am still peeved at why Jaycee Dugard was not rescued years earlier. It's called not doing their job. It's not doing their due dilligence. Phillip Garrido had a back yard. He was a parolee. When on Probation or Parole, he or she cannot demand to see a warrant, signed by a Judge, and probable cause or not, the police have a license to search the premises at will. Why? To accept the terms of one's Probation or Parole, the defendant has to waive some of his or her constitutional rights that everybody else has before being released. If the person has committed a crime while on Probation or Parole, the peace officer(s) have to intervene before further crimes are committed. If there are crimes or other violations, the Probation or Parole can be revoked, and if on Probation, he or she is brought before a Judge, and he could send the defendant back to jail or prison. If on Parole, the prisoner can be sent back to Prison under California law up to a year without seeing a Judge.

Parole officers, Sheriff's Deputies, and County Code Enforcement Officers could have stepped right in and searched without a warrant, and Garrido would have been in jail as early as 1991! I do apologize to Antioch Police and Antioch Code Enforcement Officers, since it has been learned that Garrido's house is not in Antioch City Limits; however, the Antioch City Council should be blamed for not annexing that unincorporated area. If annexed, that area could have been more safe, and Jaycee could have been freed years earlier.

I also stated in an earlier post that Garrido should have remained in Federal Prison and did at least two-thirds of his time. The fault should be on the U. S. Parole Commission, nearly all Reagan appointees, for letting him get out after spending 35 minutes with Garrido. Unfortunately, more conservatives will demand more restrictions like Jessica's Law, and further ramp up these perverts.

Now, I am a liberal, but I see no point in defending Phillip Garrido. As to Nancy, she should get less than Phillip, but not that less. She was seen snatching Jaycee, along with Phillip, so she should get no less, but as for the rapes, unless she was "holding down" Jaycee, she should testify against Phillip, if she wants any years off her sentence. Phillip would not even let Nancy talk to her family in person or on the phone. In some ways she was also a victim as much as a perpetrator.

I am in favor of monitoring and victim and parent notification, but to restrict these assholes on where they can live didn't stop Garrido. It was the Parole Commission that let him out early. It didn't stop Garrido from moving up and down Interstate 80 trolling for victims. When Garrido was living in unincorprated Antioch, he was living in a neighborhood of child molestors. As for parole searches, the State and the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office dropped the soap. In order to prevent more victims, and the fact that some of these sex offenders are parolees, then have one question for State and Federal Parole Officers:

WHEN THE FUCK ARE THE PAROLE OFFICERS GOING TO DO PERIODIC PAROLE SEARCHES?!!!

If the complaint is "we don't have the money in the State Budget for this", I have a solution:

RAISE TAXES!

If you need more police protection? RAISE TAXES!
If you need more fire protecton? (Yes, we had fires lately.) RAISE TAXES!
If you need more prisons? RAISE TAXES!

DON'T RAISE TAXES?!!! Then conservative voters and politicians can join Sarah Palin--ON AN ICEBERG, AND DRIFT TO SEA! We don't need stupid laws, and no provision for more taxes to pay for the enforcement of new laws. Portions of Jessica's Law should be repealed in that restricting the perverts on where they live doesn't stop them.

It didn't stop Phillip Garrido!

BLAME IT ON RAY-GUN!

"Phillip Garrido, the man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting Jaycee Lee Dugard, was paroled by the federal government two decades ago after a 35-minute jailhouse interview in which he spoke of his crime, his prison experience and future plans, the U.S. Parole Commission said Friday."--Maura Dolan, "Federal parole officials released Phillip Garrido from 50-year sentence after short interview", Los Angeles Times, September 4, 2009.

The U.S. Parole Commission in 1988 was probably stacked with Reagan appointees.

They only used 35 minutes.

They didn't get the Trial Transcripts.

They didn't the Police and Psychiatric Reports showing the propensity for Garrido to commit sex crimes.

They just let him be transferred to a Nevada State Prison in 1988.

With the scant record, the Commission made the stupid assumptions:

"Oh, he's married."

"Oh, he's a model prisoner."

"Oh, he earned a diploma."

"Oh, he'll take care of his mama when he get's out."

His mother is senile, and probably did not know what the hell was going on.

He probably raped his mother too.

HE IS A MASTER MANIPULATOR!

He was probably taught by other inmates at Leavenworth (Yes, the Federal Prison in Kansas) how to game the system, and how to do acts to get out early. Of course, he would have to be a good "model" prisoner, meaning he can't do things, such as attack the guards, or attack other prisoners. But to also get out early, he got married to Nancy, a relative of a fellow prisoner. He also used Mrs. Garrido, the senile mother, as an excuse to plead for mercy, telling the Feds, "I'll take care of her". Yeah, and he probably fucked his mother after he got out too.

There were people who believed that Garrido would do his actual time of 50 years for kidnapping his rape victim across State lines. There was 1) his Federal Judge, 2) the U.S. Attorney's Office in Reno, Nevada, 3) his State Judge, 4) the Reno District Attorney's Office, 5) his victim, and of course maybe others, like his father, who probably believed he wouldn't see his son free and alive again.

If 50 years was a California sentence, Garrido would have to do two-thirds, or 33 1/3 years and be released in 2010. "Early Release", if entitled to it, would mean 25 years, or 2002. To release him in 11 years, based on only 35 minutes with him, is dumb, stupid, idiotic, assinine, shitty, and comes into the category of "what the fuck?!!"

Remember, these were Reagan appointees, the "law and order" types. In California, parole hearings are PUBLIC. If the inmate is indigent, he/she gets a Court-appointed attorney, and most of the time, parole is denied. Hell, Manson Family member Susan Atkins was denied parole despite suffering from terminal brain cancer. It might be inhumane, but so was removing Sharon Tate's abdomen, and letting her bloody (literally) body and her baby die on her floor.

The U.S. Parole Commission really sat on it. By giving Garrido parole only after 11 years based on a 35-minute interview, it gave every woman and child the sentence of being subject to being held prisoner, being brainwashed, being molested, being penetrated, and to death. So much for "law and order".

I don't believe in what Manuel Garrido stating that it was "drugs" that caused his son to be a pervert. His son is still crazy today. Garrido is probably suffering from bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. He doesn't care. Either he best care or you throw him in and throw away the key.

HEARTWARMING? LET'S TRY METHODS OF EXECUTING GARRIDO!

"In the end, this is going to be a powerful heart-warming story, one in which you're going to be really impressed, it's going to take world news."--Phillip Garrido, Interview with KCRA-TV.

Heartwarming my ass!

Both Phillip and Nancy Garrido should be in the General Population, but the Contra Costa D. A. wants them ALIVE for Trial. Yes, I believe in constitutional rights, but after they're convicted, they need a Priest. They are facing a total of a life term for what they did to Jaycee Dugard, but child molestation is NEVER, EVER heartwarming. Children are not objects, let alone sex objects. They belong to the parents, as long as they are righteous and law-abiding, otherwise, the children would go to foster care and be subject to adoption.

If Jaycee's stepfather was involved (it is proven that he wasn't), then if the child was rescued EARLIER, she would be in foster care.

Children should be free to be children. Molestation is like rape, a crime of violence. It deprives children of a fun childhood, and fucks them up for life. Up until the 1980's, molestation victims were told not to talk about it, to "forget" the abuse, and in later years, such trauma mestitized into suicides, broken marriages, and in some families, molestors begat molestors.

Jaycee and her two daughters will have the rest of their lives to DEAL, not forget what happened. I cannot give them the answers, let alone the right answers, to deal with being normal. I said in an earlier post that Garrido is a MASTER MANIPULTOR. Like Brian Mitchell, who kidnapped Elizabeth Smart a few years ago, Garrido LIED continually, making Jaycee believe that her parents were dead, don't care, and/or aren't looking for them. Well, I can tell you this, John Walsh is not a computerized image, and did not become the Host of "America's Most Wanted", because the pay was "good". His son, Adam Walsh, was kidnapped in a department store, and while John and his wife was on "Good Morning America", the Police found Adam's head. Jaycee's case was profiled in 1991 on "America's Most Wanted". America was looking for Jaycee, dead or alive. The only assholes that weren't looking for her were California and Federal parole officers, the Antioch Police, the Contra Costa County Sherrif's Department, and the Antioch Code Enforcement Department. Hell, Garrido's neighbors were calling the Police on him, and instead of doing the non-warrant parole searches, local law enforcement had their collective fingers up their collective asses. DUH!

If it wasn't for Federal law at the time, when Garrido petitioned to be freed on parole in 1988, Garrido, under current law, would had been released in 2019. He got married to Nancy to appear "normal" or a "changed man". When he got out in 1988, he stalked his previous rape victim.  He didn't change. He wanted to commit more shit!

He may have kidnapped and killed more children. The problem was that he was psychotic and sociopathic. 50 years should have meant from 1977-2027, not until 1988. He almost killed his first victim in 1977. I don't care. He needs to be executed.

Phillip Garrido should executed by any of the following methods:

1. Hanging by the neck.
2. Hanging by the neck, butt naked and let the birds eat him.
3. Beheading by axe.
4. Beheading by Guillotine.
5. Beheading by Guillotine face up.
6. Firing squad.
7. Firing squad, South Vietnamese style.
8. Firing squad, Utah style.
9. Hanging, Drawing, and Quartering.
10. On the rack.
11. Having his limbs chained to four horses, and telling the horses to giddy-up.
12. California or Nevada style gas chamber (and tell him to inhale).
13. An electric chair named "Old Sparky".
14. Lethal injection.
15. Impaling him butt naked, and let the birds eat him.
16. Chaining him upside down, butt naked, and sawing him in the middle from the crotch down.
17. Hanging him by the balls, and then drop him from a cliff or the Empire State Building.
18.  Hanging him by the balls, and burn him.
19. Tar and feathering him, pour gasoline on him, and light a match or flamethrower on him.
20. Necklacing.
21. Tie him to the ground butt naked, and pour honey on him, and then pour the ants.
22. Have him fight a gladiator till death.
23. Have him fight the lions.

Not acceptable:

1. Crucifixion.
2. Nazi or Soviet style camps.

Most of all methods are probably cruel and unusual punishment, but then again,Jaycee did not need to suffer all those 18 years.

We don't need NEW Megan's, Jessica's, or Masry's Laws. The police, except the UC Berkeley Police, didn't do their jobs, and if they did, Jaycee would have been home within a month or less. We need to revise those laws to help find predators quicker, and tell Police Officers that if the suspect is on parole, you don't need to call the Judge to get a warrant. SEARCH THE FUCKING PLACE!

If more missing children are found alive, THAT WOULD BE HEARTWARMING!
