CHICKEN SHIT RESPONSE FOR MY REQUEST OF GARDNER'S PAROLE RECORDS

Kenneth Ford, Region IV Director of the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation gave me this chicken shit response:

I am not authorized to provide the above subjects records for he Discharged from parole in September 2008 and is no longer under the Division of Adult Parole jurisdiction.  

The problem is that if they can be Court-ordered to produce Phillip Garrido's records, then they should produce John Albert Gardner III's records as well. 

Why? If they gave Gardner the "low-level" treatment they gave Garrido, and if I was one of Chelsea King's parents or Amber Dubois' parents, I'd sue the fuck out of the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation too. 


Further research would need to be done. If I don't sue the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, the press would.
