WHY JESSICA'S LAW DOESN'T WORK? NOT EVERY SEX OFFENDER REGISTERS, AND RACIST PIGS!

In Cleveland, Ohio, an African-American was arrested for the rape and murder of at least six women.

At first blush, one might think that this is a conservative blog. It ain't. I have been harping on Phillip Garrido, because he has no defense, except that he may be nuts, but the kidnapping and hiding of Jaycee Dugard required brains. Therefore, Garrido has no defense. 

What I raised as a response to the comment about the last entry on Somer Thompson's case is that some sex offenders don't register. The one in Cleveland didn't register. 

What should make all women and Blacks pissed off is that the victims were all Black and were perceived as prostitutes.

EVEN IF THEY WERE ALL PROSTITUTES, THE MURDERER SHOULD GET THE NEEDLE, "OLD SPARKY", OR WHATEVER THEY USE IN OHIO! POLICE KNEW THAT HE WAS RAPING WOMEN IN CLEVELAND! THEY SHOULD JOIN THE SUSPECT IN BEING FRIED BY "OLD SPARKY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS SUSPECT WAS PROBABLY MOLESTED BY HIS FATHER, GRANDFATHER, UNCLE, COUSIN, PRIEST, OR SOMEBODY! IT DOESN'T GIVE HIM ANY LICENSE TO RAPE AND KILL DEFENSELESS WOMEN, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE!!!!

It also proves my point. Jessica's Law won't force criminals to register, and some Police, not all Police, can be useless as tits on a boar.

Federal and State Parole Officers who were supervising Phillip Garrido didn't ask questions about his backyard, and didn't conduct warantless searches when they clearly had the power to do so. That is why Jaycee was concealed. Garrido also wasn't restrained from moving around California and elsewhere. Jaycee wasn't kidnapped in Antioch, but in South Lake Tahoe. Why call Contra Costa Deputies where they're useless as tits on a boar.

Same goes for Cleveland Police. Calls were made when women were assaulted, but the Police didn't arrest the suspect after the calls were made. The fact that the victims were Black goes to show that the Cleveland Police Training Manual might as well be:

MEIN KAMPF!

EARTH TO CLEVELAND! The Fourteenth Amendment was ratified in 1868. The Civil Rights Act was passed in 1964.GET A FUCKING CLUE! The stereotype that Black women are nothing more than prostitutes can be easily debunked, and for the Policemen who delberately ignored the rights of Black women, I hope you are convicted of something, so that the Black inmates at the State Prison you will stay will kill you. 

It also goes to show that Jessica's Law is also usless as tits on bore. It didn't save Jaycee. It wouldn't save Elizabeth Smart (America's Most Wanted did). It didn't save Somer Thompson ($45,000 reward to whoever finds the killer). It didn't help six Black human beings in Cleveland.
