On 1/13/09 after filing above DOT Complaint, LUKE took documents, including my (Walter Ellis') log books in the Drivers lunch room. I (Mr. Ellis) was later injured (broken rib, and knee injury) by BRANDON while attempting to escape from building. Luke later fired me (Mr. Ellis)  stating, "Walter you are being fired for log book violations and refusing a load on 1/12/09" ...........................click on recording below for part 2 of the conversation

Conflicting testimony given by BRANDON, HARVEY and LUKE AT THE w/c HEARINGS will assist in proving that I was injured prior to being terminated. This and other evidence will prove that I suffered discrimination, retaliation and harassment for filing DOT and other complaints regarding SCHNEIDER’S illegal dispatches in violation of DOT and company rules and regulations:
