It should be noted that Anthony Sowell was not on probation or parole. True, Police needs probable cause to search Sowell's house which they did. The problem still is why the delay? Simple, it's still racism. It's still the "Black H- perception".
It is another reason why Jessica's Law should be repealed. There is a case before the California Supreme Court which challenges Jessica's Law, but will that Court actually review the law, or is it going to rubber stamp it, like they do all the other criminal cases? If upheld, and we still have missing children, then I have one question?
