Fascism is where the corporations act in concert with the government. When Justice Antonin Scalia was in high school and in college, he belonged to some fascist society.

If we gave the corporations the full right to buy any candidate, and any vote, we would be no better than Nazi Germany. The problem is that in Germany, that country had a very flawed constitution. We have a very flawed Supreme Court that totally disregards the Constitution. 

The Fourteenth Amendment gave eveybody the due process and equal protection rights to every person in every state. It was designed to give freed Black ex-slaves equal rights. It was meant to give everybody equal rights. THAT IS WHAT IT ACTUALLY MEANS! THAT'S IT!!! IF YOU BELIEVE OTHERWISE, YOU MUST BE A RACIST OINKER! OINK! A corporation is not a person. NEVER WAS! It is ultimately ran by people who own stock called shareholders. A corporation does not breathe, eat, sleep, shit, etc. So why should they be allowed to donate millions of dollars to campaigns when they by themselves cannot vote by mail or at the polls?  

Three of the same assholes on the Supreme Court, Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Kennedy also voted to give the 2000 election to George W. Bush, without the right to give Florida voters the right to a recount or to contest the election in Florida. They wanted their asshole in the White House who also appointed Chief Justice Roberts, and Justice Alito to the Supreme Court. While conservatives rallied against judicial activism, by voting to put Bush in 2001, and by their recent decision to allow corprations to buy candidates and votes, the Supreme Court reinstated the same system the United States Army, Navy, and Marine Corps helped obliterate in 1945. Unless Congress eliminates the system or adds two more Justices to the Supreme Court, and President Obama signs the bill, welcome to the National Socialist Republik of Amerika. The Constitution of the United States will die "with thunderous applause".

As for Justice Scalia, he can suck my dick. NO! HE CAN SUCK MY BALLS TILL THEY'RE BLACK AND BLUE, THAT DAGO GUINEA WOP CUNT MOTHER FUCKER!
