This system starts with "selective law enforcement", beginning with Police Officers, and upheld by the judicial system. After being injured by a CHP employee, I (Mr. Ellis) have been victimized by the traffic court, Sheriff Dept., California Tort System, and am now facing a Workman Compensation System manned by all Caucasian Judges, who refuse to enforce civil rights legislation when African Americans are concerned.
